These beads are hand made so they will be a bit unique. They are made from discarded glass bottles, dishes, fan blades & other used found glass. They never coat these beads or add chemical dyes to enhance the color. These are as they should be, without any augmentation. Most of the beads are translucent unless otherwise noted. There are about 26 colors offered as well as sample color mix strands in small, medium, large, extra large & jumbo. These beads make the perfect accent to any eco-friendly knit or crochet project, as well as any number of arts & crafts projects. The beads go perfect with our organic cotton yarns. The combination makes for the perfect Green project.
These beads are very unique & rustic in color and texture. No 2 beads are exactly the same. Many colors are available in all 5 sizes. The sizes include small (5-6mm), medium (7-8mm), large (10-11mm), extra large (20mm) & jumbo (30mm).
All the beads are Fair Trade with no exception.

NOTE: Please beware of online businesses that sell unusual recycled glass bead colors. They boast "eco" and "green", but they are clear beads painted with car paint. Always question the seller before purchasing to make sure you are getting recycled glass beads that are not augmented by chemicals.
