Returns, exchanges or refunds must be received back within 14 days of purchase.
There are no refunds for shipping, unless there is something inherently wrong with the item. All returns must be returned intact, as it was sold. Note: We inspect all items that get shipped out for high quality control.
Please call 1~888~KNITORGANIC for a Return Authorization # when returning merchandise. All returns without an RA # and/or received after 14 days of purchase will be returned to sender.
