Our standard method of shipping is USPS or UPS Ground.
There are faster options to choose from.
Rates are based on the weight of the product, packaging & postal code.

All orders are shipped from Ojai, California.

We ship all over the world, but please note that Ecobutterfly is NOT notified in advance of
any  duties, taxes or tariffs the customer may have to pay after the package leaves the
United States.  All additional duties, taxes & tariffs are at the customer's expense.

Flat Rate Shipping Options
Starting at $50.00 (US) & $200-$250 (International) orders there is now a flat rate option.
The international flat rate will be Insured Priority mail with shorter transit times.
The larger the order the better the average cost per item.
Flat Rate Shipping is for US & International orders.
Plus, orders over $60.00 get a discount in their cart.
The discount ramps up as the order increases.
By putting items in your cart you can see the discount applied.
The discount will help offset extra costs and then some depending on the specific order.

We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
When you place your order and go through the check
 out process you will not have a choice between AA, AE or AP.
This is due to our offering UPS as a shipping option.
Only USPS has the means to ship military mail.
So when you fill in the address field put in the state that goes with the US zip code for your address.
When you complete your order send us an e-mail noting AA, AE or AP then.
We will take care of it from there, so no worries.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST can ship within 1-3** business days on average.
Most orders received go out the next business day.
**Larger orders can take a little more time to prepare.

Orders paid by check are shipped when checks clear.
Please allow 5 business days for out of state checks or 3 business days for local checks.
Note: There is a $20.00 charge per returned check.

All International Orders must pay using their PayPal account or a credit card, which includes
Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover.
No International checks are accepted at this time.
