Ecobutterfly's standard method of shipping is USPS or UPS Ground. Customers may choose faster shipping. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the product as well as the packaging and the zip code/postal code. All orders are shipped from Ojai, California.

Ecobutterfly will gladly ship anywhere in the world. However, please note that Ecobutterfly is NOT notified in advance of any duties the customer may have to pay after the package leaves the United States. All additional duties and taxes are at the customer's expense. Also, when deciding between USPS International Priority and International First Class, only Priority comes with a tracking #.

We ship to APO/FPO military addresses. When you place your order and go through the check out process you will not have a choice between AA, AE or AP. This is due to our offering UPS as a shipping option. Only USPS has the means to ship military mail. So when you fill in the address field put in the state that goes with the US zip code for your address. When you complete your order send us an e-mail noting AA, AE or AP then....we will take care of it from there. So no worries.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST can ship the same business day. Most orders received go out the next business day. If an order cannot go out in a timely manner, the customer will be notified. If choosing to ship First Class International it may take a couple of days to ship since a visit to a Post office is required.

Orders paid by check are shipped when checks clear. Please allow 5 business days for out of state checks or 3 business days for local checks. Note: There is a $20.00 charge per returned check.

All International Orders must pay using their PayPal account or a credit card, which includes Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover. No International checks are accepted at this time.
