Return Policy

Returns, exchanges or refunds must be received back within 7 days of purchase.

There are no refunds for shipping, unless there is something inherently wrong with the item.

All returns must be returned intact, as it was sold.

Note: We inspect all items that get shipped out for high quality control.

Please call 1~888~KNITORG for a Return Authorization # when returning merchandise.

All returns without an RA # and/or received after 7 days of purchase will be returned to sender.

Items that are wholesale, custom made, on sale, reduced by a % or discount code are not eligible for refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on orders that ship outside of the continental United States.
