Return Policy

Returns, exchanges or refunds must be received back within 7 days of shipping delivery of your purchase.

There are no refunds for shipping or for the actual cost to ship an order, unless there is something inherently wrong with the item.

All returns must be returned intact, as it was sold.
All orders are sent out without scent, chemical or otherwise. If the item smells of perfume, fabric softener, essential oil, etc.
a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Note: We inspect all items that get shipped out for high quality control.

Please call 1~888~KNITORG for a Return Authorization # when returning merchandise.

All returns without an RA # and/or received after 7 days of purchase will be returned to sender.

Items that are wholesale, custom made, on sale, reduced by a % or discount code are not eligible for refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on orders that ship outside of the continental United States.
